What is the Empower Conference?

The Empower Conference is one of the largest student-led conferences in Europe, organised by Leeds University Women in Leadership Society. As a society our values are inclusivity, diversity and empowerment.
The conference focuses intently on nurturing entrepreneurship and leadership competencies among participants. We strongly believe each individual possesses the latent capacity to lead and enact positive change within their respective spheres, and we are committed to making a lasting influence on all attendees.
